Brahma Muhurta: ‘Me’ time redefined

During your Panchakarma program, it is advised to wake-up early, very specifically, one and a half hours before sunrise! This time period is called 'Brahma-muhurta (time of Brahma) which is the time to create yourself.

Brahma muhurta is the last quarter of the night before sunrise and has special significance in ayurvedic philosophy. This is the only time when nature and you are fresh, aware and can easily tune within, making it a special time for yourself.

This pre-dawn period is the perfect time to perceive knowledge. Our ancestors figured that certain activities done in Brahma Muhurta can help one to tune within.

These activities help make this time with yourself special and fruitful, both on personal and worldly fronts.

The activities includes pranayam breathing, meditation, reading or hearing knowledge, studies, introspection, etc

Morning Yoga

Yoga is the sister science of Ayurveda. Having come from the same Vedic origin, both share the same philosophies of health and wellbeing.

You start your typical day with specific yoga asanas including Sun-salute!. Panchakarma combined with yoga helps to cultivate greater awareness.

Our body will change a lot as we practice yoga, and so will our minds and our hearts. Practising Yoga brings about a natural unfolding of your true nature!

The Asanas and Pranayams form two of the most important pillars for health and long life, giving you strength and zest for Life. Setting up a regular morning practise is beneficial because it creates a ritual—it sets the tone for the day.

Yoga in the morning is amazing! After 7-8 hours (hopefully) of shut-eye, our body responds affectionately to movement, and our mind is clear and receptive to positive ideas and messages. Our breath is ready for us to deepen and expand its potency, and our energy is just waiting to be stirred up after a long siesta.

Evening Meditation

If a racing mind is keeping you up at night, meditation might be just the sleep aid that you need. Meditation is great for your overall health, but it can take a lot of discipline to really incorporate the practice into your daily routine.

Our meditation class in the evening is an hour guided relaxation & visualisation to simply step back from it all, de-clutter your headspace and just be!

Tune in and access your own stillness with our highly experienced yoga and meditation expert.

This 'Beditation' class can get you one step closer to a good night's rest.
