Ushira is a well known natural herb in Indian ayurveda. It is well known for its cooling nature.Its botanical name is “Vetiveria Zizanioides”. Ushira is more closely related to fragrant grass like citronella, palmarosa, lemongrass and grows up to the height of 1.5 meters.
