What is Guduchi?
Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), also known as 'Amrita", is one of the most valued herbs in Ayurveda. Guduchi has been used for thousands of years in India but is only just beginning to be available in the West. Guduchi contains bitter, pungent, and astringent tastes.
