Guduchi & Amla Capsule is an ayurvedic blend of two herbs. i.e. Guduchi herb and Amla fruit.
Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), also known as 'Amrita", is one of the most valued herbs in the Ayurveda.Guduchi has been used for thousands of years in India but is only just beginning to be available in the West. Guduchi contains the bitter, pungent, and astringent tastes.
Amla, also known as ‘Indian gooseberry’ or 'Amalaki' are small, round to spherical berries. The botanical name of Amla is 'Emblica officinalis'. Ripening in autumn, the berries are harvested by hand after climbing to upper branches bearing the fruits. The taste of Amla is sour, bitter and astringent, and it is quite fibrous.
