What is Devdaru Powder?
Devdaru is a species of cedar native to the western Himalayas. The botanical name, which is also the English common name, derives from the Sanskrit term Devdaru, which means "wood of the gods”. The botanical name of this plant is 'Cedrus deodara’. The inner wood is aromatic and its use in ayurvedais well recorded.
