What is Bala?
Bala is one of the most valued and well used Ayurvedic herbs. Also known as 'Sida cordifolia’, it is a perennial shrub of the mallow family Malvaceae native to India. The specific name Sida cordifolia, refers to the heart-shaped leaf.
