Amla & Licorice Capsule is the blend of well-known Amla fruit & Licorice root.
Amla, also known as ‘Indian gooseberry’ or 'Amalaki' are small, round to spherical berries. The taste of Amla is sour, bitter and astringent, and it is quite fibrous.
Licorice is the root of Glycyrrhiza glabra from which a sweet flavour can be extracted. The liquorice plant is a herbaceous perennial legume native to southern Europe and parts of Asia, such as India. Glycyrrhiza’s name reflects its most popularly known claim to fame: “sweet root.”
