What We Offer:

- Rooms are available on an on-going weekly 6 hour sessional basis with a simple monthly agreement.

- Initial commitment only two months - thereafter monthly

- Available for hire on a regular weekly sessional basis

- Also available on occasional user license for a monthly fee

- Monthly agreement, Very reasonable room hire rates

What we need from you:

- Evidence of professional registration and accreditation.

- Evidence of Professional Indemnity Insurance.

- Evidence of your qualifications appropriate to the type of treatment or therapy you intend to carry out in our rooms

Availability and Prices

Monday to Sunday:

Session-1: 08:30am to 2:30pm

Session-2: 08:30am to 2:30pm

Price - Room 1:

Session-1: £100 Per Session

Session-2: £100 Per Session

Price - Room 2:

Session-1: £120 Per Session

Session-2: £120 Per Session

Users who already have a weekly sessional booking may book extra "ad hoc" hours at £25 per hour (subject to availability)

All room hire charges are fully inclusive

Charges are payable monthly in advance by standing order

A (refundable) security deposit of one month's room hire is required

Deposits given to secure a room booking are not refundable in the event of cancellation

Agreements are cancellable by one month's notice either way after the first month

Occasional User License

This type of license allows you to book ad hoc sessions as and when you need them, at a rate of £35 per hour. You will be able to check availability, book and pay for your ad hoc sessions. In addition to the cost of your sessions, there's a monthly fee of £75
