What is Psyllium Husk?
Psyllium is a form of fiber made from the husks of the Plantago ovata plant’s seeds. The plant from which the seeds are extracted tolerates dry and cool climates and is mainly cultivated in northern India where it is also called as ‘Isabgol'.
