What are Amla Capsules?
Amla, also known as ‘Indian gooseberry’ or 'Amalaki' are small, round to spherical berries. The botanical name of Amla is 'Emblica officinalis'. Ripening in autumn, the berries are harvested by hand after climbing to upper branches bearing the fruits. The taste of Amla is sour, bitter and astringent, and it is quite fibrous.
